The Client

evacare is a subsidiary of the Kinetic Sourcing Group, a major player in the bathroom fittings and plumbing supplies space in Australia. The company ventured into disability aids or independent living products in 2016 under the brand evacare and since then has been working towards becoming a global player in this space. At present, evacare’s range of disability aids can be purchased in Australia, UK, Middle East and the United States.

The Job

evacare approached Websites ‘N’ More in early 2019 to help them with their global digital presence and the brief provided involved developing  eCommerce functionality on an existing UK site, making amendments to their AU site, developing a website from scratch for the US market and undertaking search engine optimisation for the AU and UK sites.

Once the build was over we started working on the SEO campaign for the AU and the UK sites. Some of keywords shortlisted for the AU campaign included, disability aids, bath board, grab rails, bath aids and toilet aids.

And some of the keywords for the UK campaign included disability aids, bath aids, toilet aids, raised toilet seat.

The Result

Websites ‘N’ More successfully completed the website builds for the company and started working on the search engine optimisation campaigns for the client in April 2019.

Now, 6 months into the campaign, we have been able to get the client on page 1 for 80% of the keywords for the Australian site and 40% keywords for the UK site.

For the AU site this has resulted in 74,000 impressions over a period of 6 months during the campaign as compared to 276 impressions for the previous 6 months before the start of the campaign. This is an increase of 26000%.

In terms of clicks, the website received 3200 clicks over the period of 6 months during the campaign as compared to 50 clicks for the previous 6 months prior to the start of the campaign.
