The Client

Flamingo Chillers a leading manufacturer of Industrial chillers (Cooling) based out of India with offices in Sydney and London. The company contacted Websites ‘N’ More in late 2016 to provide a complete digital solution for a new subsidiary company of theirs that manufactured heat pumps (Heating).

The Job

• Logo Design & Branding The company’s vision was to modernise the existing logo and design something that could represent the entire range of the company’s products i.e. chillers and heat pumps. After a few hours sketching, we presented a number of ideas to the client. The winning concept included the following elements, Wings to represent the bird, Flamingo and a heat map to showcase the entire range of the client’s products (Heating & Cooling). The reds and the oranges, representing heat and blue representing cooling.

• Web Design/ Website Development – The web design and web development process kicked off with a design questionnaire from the client. Then came the wire-framing and after we had approval from the client, we went ahead and created the actual web design using a responsive template. Some of the highlights of the web design include; Clean, Simple and Clear Navigational Structure, White Space, Hint of Industrial Elements with the use of textures in the banners and Clear Call to Actions.

• Search Engine Optimisation – The SEO campaign was launched soon after the new website was made LIVE. A total of 10 keywords were chosen for the campaign including, Heat Pump manufacturers India and Heat Pump Suppliers India and we were able to achieve Page 1 ranking for all the keywords within 7 months of the campaign starting.

• Pay-Per-Click Campaign – Our PPC campaign experts used the same keywords to run a PPC campaign. The plan was to use PPC until all the keywords appeared on Page 1.

• Re-marketing Campaign – To complement our SEO efforts we also implemented a Re-marketing campaign. This involved designing clean and simple banners highlighting the products of the company along with its main features.

The Result

The client was delighted with the overall results that were achieved during the design phase of the project. The PPC campaign had a click-through-rate of roughly 9% which is much higher than the Industry standards and we were also able to achieve Page 1 rankings for all the keywords that were shortlisted for the campaign. The website is now attracting 400 unique hits a month from the search engines and has resulted in a positive Return on Investment for the client.
